This Automatic System is designed to streamline the handling of paper edge protectors by automatically discharging, counting, stacking, and packing both symmetric and asymmetric profiles. Edge Protector Handling: Supports both symmetric and asymmetric edge protectors, stacking up to two profiles on top of each other.
Acceleration System: Ensures proper spacing of profiles at the guillotine cutter exit for smooth transitions.
Accumulation Unit: Receives and stores edge protector profiles before they move to the next stage.
Tipping Device: Stacks the profiles with an integrated counter for accurate counting.
Profile Transfer Arms: Two arms capture counted profiles and transfer them to the conveyor belt.
Discharge Conveyor: Moves profiles from the stacking unit to the packaging machine seamlessly.
Programmable Stretch Film Equipment: For efficient wrapping of stacked profiles.
